Jay Chheda is a Joint Partner (GST) at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan. Jay has worked on indirect Taxes Advisory and Litigation assignments including hand-holding during Department investigation.

Jay has also been responsible for drafting and vetting replies to audit objections, show cause notices, Appeals to Commissioner (Appeals), Appellate Tribunal, Appeals and Counter Affidavits to High Court, Appeal to Supreme Court on issues relating to Banking & Financial Sector, Telecommunication Sector, Information Technology Sector, Aviation Sector, Mining Sector, Real Estate Industry and Hospitality Sector. Jay has also appeared before CESTAT (Appellate Tribunal) and other lower authorities for personal hearings and other routine correspondence.
