Jomol Joy is a disputes lawyer and advisor, specialising in arbitrations (both domestic and international, ad hoc and institutional) corporate, commercial and criminal litigation. Jomol has represented multinational corporations, educational trusts, societies, government companies and individuals across diverse forums including the Supreme Court of India, High Court at Delhi and Bangalore, National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal on intricate disputes pertaining to commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements and company affairs, intellectual property rights, employment and labour law issues and insolvency disputes.

In General Corporate and Commercial Law, Jomol has advised many clients on various business contracts such as partnership deeds, franchise agreements, software licensing agreements, employment agreements etc, along with various other company law and regulatory compliances.
