A graduate of Nirma University, Aviral was a recipient of the 100% Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, reflecting his academic excellence and commitment. He began his career with Bombay Law Chambers as an International Tax Associate and has interned with top-tier law firms such as Nishith Desai Associates, Trilegal, and Khaitan & Co., gaining practical exposure to M&A tax advisory, GST, and digital economy taxation.

In addition to client work, Aviral is a prolific contributor to tax thought leadership, with multiple publications on Taxmann, TaxGuru, and other forums on topics spanning treaty benefits, 80P(4), mesne profits, family settlements, and GAAR.

He is deeply passionate about becoming a global expert in M&A Taxation, Investment Funds Tax, ESG Tax Policy, and Private Client Tax, and aspires to combine deep technical command with strategic deal-making in India’s evolving tax landscape.
