Deeksha is a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co. As part of the firm, she advises on labour and employment matters ranging from employee benefits and social security to workplace misconduct and workforce restructuring and transition. She is also involved in advocacy work and regularly makes recommendations to Central and state governments on labour law reforms. She is frequently engaged with NGOs to provide pro bono services on issues such as sexual harassment at workplace and migrant labour crisis.

Deeksha graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, in 2018. The same year, she co-founded The Indian Review of Corporate and Commercial Laws to promote discourse around important themes in corporate law and other subject areas among law students.
