Deeksha is a Counsel in the Global Labour & Employment Law team at Apple, advising on all employment law matters in India. She left Khaitan & Co as a Principal Associate after a long association that commenced right after her graduation from law school.

Deeksha is also involved in advocacy work and regularly makes recommendations to Central and state governments on labour law reforms. She is frequently engaged with NGOs to provide pro bono services on issues such as sexual harassment at workplace and migrant labour crisis.

Deeksha graduated in 2018 from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, as a silver medallist. The same year, she co-founded The Indian Review of Corporate and Commercial Laws to promote discourse around important themes in corporate law and other subject areas among law students.
