Mustafa is a lawyer focused on legal innovation, strategy, and corporate governance.

He current works at NYAI, we they build legal-first AI systems for settings where trust, explainability, and reliability matter. His work spans across legal engineering, product, strategy, and policy, translating how law works in practice into systems that can reason within legal and regulatory constraints.

Before NYAI, he practiced at Khaitan & Co (one of India’s leading law firms), advising on cross-border and domestic matters across technology, consumer, mobility, and financial services.

He also holds several editorial leadership roles and writes regularly on technology policy, AI governance, corporate laws, and the future of legal systems.
