Mustafa is an Associate in Khaitan and Co's General Corporate practice. His areas of interest include commercial laws, M&A, private equity, and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) laws.

He graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2023. During his time at university, he has been part of reputed editorial boards, published academic papers and articles, and worked with research centres and think-tanks.

Apart from his professional pursuits, he is an endurance cyclist and is passionate about performing arts and cinema.
