Saksham Chaturvedi is an Associate at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Delhi, in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. His work spans commercial litigation, arbitration, and white-collar crime, with advisory expertise in civil, commercial, and information technology laws.

He regularly appears before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, and represents social media intermediaries on issues of intermediary liability. A 2024 graduate of National Law University Odisha, he was actively involved in several editorial boards during his time at law school.

Outside of work, Saksham enjoys chess and table tennis, and has a deep interest in Indian history and Formula 1. On quieter days, he unwinds by cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
