Sridattha is an international tax lawyer based in New York, currently working as a Senior in Ernst & Young’s International Tax & Transaction Services practice. He advises multinational businesses on US and international tax matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and international tax planning.

Prior to EY, he practiced at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys, where he advised clients on corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, investment structuring, and tax due diligence. He also represented clients before tax authorities, tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, and advised on matters involving foreign exchange and anti-corruption laws.

Sridattha graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2022. During his time in college, he developed a keen interest in taxation laws and in furtherance of the same, he participated in tax moots and authored numerous articles. Apart from his legal pursuits, he finds joy in football, exploring new places, and indulging in reading.
